For example, here’s how a One Goal Day looks across different parts of my life:
- Work Day One Goal: Finish a quarterly report. Supportive tasks include checking only emails related to that report. Everything else waits patiently.
- Mom Life One Goal: Be fully present with your child. No pressure to deep clean, cook gourmet meals, or overachieve.
- Slow Life One Goal: Taking 20 minutes a day to do something just for yourself (You can rotate what that something is).
- Business/Content Creator One Goal: Write and publish one blog post. No posting on every platform, no perfection spiral.
- Fitness One Goal: Movement of some sort each day, dont worry about for how long and what intensity. It can be 5 minutes or 45 minutes, the goal is building the habit of daily movement.

This eventually lead to me giving up and before you know it, weeks and months would go by with my dreams never being realized.
